As we don't know what you are doing, we can't really offer any comment.

Fair point! I was having a bit of a 'moment' last night, given I am on my third redundancy at 26 I just want to feel settled and was wondering how it had all come to this.
Still feeling a bit miserable today in fact...

Well look at it this way, you're 26...20 years younger than me. That must be something to feel greatful for.

Who says you are doing anything " wrong" ?
What if , what you are doing were exactly right and all you needed to do is to see it from a different perspective ?
Awareness leads to choice

I'm intrigued by this, and would be prepared to try it, but how could you see three redundancies in the space of five years from a different perspective? From my current viewpoint it's unsettled, disruptive, stressful, uncertain etc...

I don't doubt that you feel all of that ... unsettled , disrupted , uncertain , stressful .....I would feel that too.
Still, anything that repeats like that must mean something. A cry for attention.
These events could be seen as a need for change of direction ... a nudge ....something has to go for something better to take its place .....
By making yourself " wrong" you are only adding to your grief. It would make more sense to ask say ...hmmm now that's odd.. what could I do differently ? ....what is it that I really want and don't dare to ask ?
( does that help ? )

Hmmm, now that would depend. Unless you're leaving the lid off the blender, or not locking the back door at night, probably nothing ;-)
